The ceiling has been a challenge. The first coat of paint bubbled badly and needed a rub-down; the second coat did exactly the same. We couldn't understand why this would happen. Michelle spoke to colleagues in the decorating world and took advice. A coat of PVA was applied but this also bubbled so the ceiling had to be sanded and filled. A coat of oil-based paint was suggested. Eureka! Problem solved. Michelle has just been back today and done a final coat of matt emulsion. Her patience and tenacity are appreciated, she wasn't happy until the job was done. A huge thank you to the team.

Michelle came round and painted our bathroom while we were on holiday and did the most amazing job and what's more, left the place spotlessly tidy. Michelle kindly agreed to decorate while we were away on holiday, arriving very promptly on the day we were leaving. Coming back to a perfectly decorated living room was fantastic. Will definitely use again.

Beautiful job, ceilings, walls, woodwork and everywhere looks fantastic. All finished in very good time. Very polite, flexible and easy to talk with and discuss everything. I found Michelle exceptionally helpful and her team worked straight through until job was finished. This is the second time we have had Michelle and her team do work for us, and again we are very pleased with the finish. Nothing is too much trouble for Michelle and her team, she came back and repaired all the previously done good work, which was damaged following the fitting of stair carpet. What a fantastic experience! I couldn't recommend Michelle and her Team more, they have not only done a seemingly impossible job of turning a very battered and scarred house into a palace but they have been an absolute pleasure to have around, even putting all hands on deck to help with a plumbing emergency without batting an eyelid.
